- Remove proprietary notices or branding
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with AVLC or its licensors.
4. Updates
AVLC may provide updates or enhancements to the Software. These are subject to this EULA.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms or upon account termination.
6. Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
AVLC is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Software.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
